Refund Policy

No paid credit packs can currently be purchased. This policy describes the intended rules for when checkout becomes available.

Unused credit packs

A credit pack may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. The order ID and purchase email will be required.

Used credits

Credits that have already been used for successful compressions are generally non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered.

Technical problems

If a payment succeeded but the credits were not delivered, contact support with the order ID and any error message. We will investigate and restore the missing credits or issue an appropriate refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback so the transaction can be reviewed. The payment provider’s dispute process applies to unauthorized or unrecognized charges.
